Bank Staff - Join Our Supportive Nursery Team!

Are you passionate about giving children the best start in life - but need a role that's flexible and rewarding?
We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable Bank Staff to join our friendly nursery teams in Bexleyheath and Belvedere, covering staff holidays and sickness on a zero-hours basis.

About the role:

Support our permanent staff teams across both nurseries to deliver high-quality care and education.
Step into different rooms and age groups - every day will bring something new!
Build warm relationships with children, families, and colleagues through excellent communication.
Help us uphold our nursery values of Communication, Respect, Independence, and Community in everything you do.
Provide a nurturing environment where children feel safe, confident, and inspired to learn.

What we're looking for:

A positive, caring person with a genuine passion for early years education.
A flexible and reliable team player who enjoys variety.
Ideally, a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years (though we'd love to hear from unqualified applicants with great experience too!).
Someone who shares our values and believes that every child deserves the chance to shine.

Pay: From 12.50 per hour
