Maternity cover for 7 Months



We are now looking for an organised, proactive and friendly Early Years & Childcare Business Support professional to join our Early Years & Childcare Team. In this role, you'll play an important part in helping us ensure all children in Reading can access high?quality, inclusive childcare and early education.

About the role

You'll provide essential administrative and business support that helps ensure children and families can access high?quality early years and childcare services across Reading. You'll be a key point of contact for providers and families, helping to keep our systems running smoothly and our information accurate and accessible.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the administration and marketing of the Early Years & Childcare offer Processing funding applications and maintaining related systems Responding to enquiries from parents, carers and professionals about childcare and funding Providing administrative support for training sessions and provider networks Raising, processing and tracking invoices, working closely with the Finance team Updating the Early Years & Childcare website to ensure information is current Producing newsletters, communications and updates for local childcare providers Organising team meetings, including occasional minute?taking Monitoring shared inboxes and ensuring timely responses Maintaining accurate records and preparing data when requested
