Your Role

As an

Early Years Consultant

, you'll:

Deliver tailored consultancy and training to early years clients across the UK. Design and adapt courses that align with the EYFS, Ofsted, and other frameworks. Support business growth by contributing to new products and service ideas. Evaluate training impact and drive continuous improvement. Build strong, professional relationships with clients and colleagues. Represent MBK Early Years at events and sector forums.
This role blends delivery, innovation, and business development - ideal for someone who wants variety, influence, and purpose.

What You'll Bring

A strong background in Early Years leadership, consultancy, or training. In-depth knowledge of the EYFS and inspection frameworks. Confident presentation, communication, and coaching skills. Ability to design and adapt training materials. A proactive, organised, and flexible approach to work. A recognised qualification in Early Years and in Adult Education (or be willing to train)
