Desired Qualifications:

Formal Early Years Qualifications (QTS or Level 3/above in Childcare). A keen interest in another aspect of camp such as Art, Dance or Sport.

Travel to venues during holiday periods is required, in discussions with Area Manager and HR Manager.

Role Purpose



Are you passionate about early years education and love bringing creativity to life? As our Early Years, Creative & Administration Coordinator, you'll take the lead in delivering unforgettable experiences for our youngest adventurers (ages 3-4).

You'll be at the heart of our Mini Camp programme during half terms, Easter, and Summer holidays creating joyful, engaging, and EYFS-aligned activities that spark curiosity and confidence. During term time, you'll oversee our after-school club for nursery and reception children, ensuring every session is safe, stimulating, and full of fun.

Beyond the camp, you'll play a vital role in Head Office operations, supporting recruitment, administration, and the management of our fantastic part-time team. You'll also have the chance to bring your own flair by leading another camp area whether that's art, dance, or sport, your creativity will help shape memorable moments for children across our programmes.

Key Responsibilities



Early Years Leadership

Lead the Mini Camp programme for children aged 3-4 years during half terms, Easter and Summer Liaise with fellow Early Years Coordinator and HR Manager Oversee nursery and reception children at the after-school clubs Plan engaging and developmentally appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS Plan and support After School provision in your area Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment Support children with SEND needs to participate fully

Other aspect lead (Art, Dance or Sport)



Take a lead role in the aspect's programme for children aged 3-13 years old during half terms, Easter and Summer holidays for your area Liaise with other area's lead to ensure quality across the whole of Club Excel

Plan engaging and developmentally appropriate activities for staff on camp

Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment Support children with SEND needs to participate fully

Staffing & Team Management



Support with recruiting and onboarding part-time EYFS staff and others in accordance with safer recruitment practices Provide guidance to team members to ensure high-quality care and behaviour standards Participate in weekly operations meetings and work collaboratively across teams

Quality, Compliance & Safeguarding



Maintain full compliance with Ofsted, EYFS, Safeguarding, and Health & Safety requirements Ensure policies, procedures and risk assessments are consistently applied Immediately report any safeguarding concerns in line with company policy

Operations & Administration



Conduct venue visits during camp to monitor and support delivery standards Assist with office-based duties including responding to enquiries, processing bookings and administrative tasks on our bespoke system Contribute ideas to enhance children's performing arts and creative activities Contribute to sorting, organising resources at lock up as well as planning Mini Camp activities and themes

Training & Professional Development



Attend mandatory training and induction sessions Complete online and in-person training as required Engage in reviews and annual appraisal process Set and work towards personal development goals

Health & Safety, Welfare & Conduct



Follow all Health & Safety, first aid and welfare procedures Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude, and build rapport with children and families Actively uphold Club Excel's values and reputation for quality childcare Always promote equal opportunities and an inclusive culture
