to support the day-to-day running of our Worcester nursery and help lead our fantastic team.

About the Role
As Deputy Manager, you'll play a key role in:
Supporting the Nursery Manager in all operational and regulatory aspects
Leading the team in the Manager's absence
Ensuring safeguarding, health & safety, and compliance standards are met
Coaching and mentoring staff to deliver outstanding EYFS provision
Maintaining accurate records and supporting inspections and audits
Building strong relationships with families and external agencies
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who is:
Level 3 qualified (or above) in Early Years
Experienced in a senior or leadership role within a day nursery
Confident in delivering the EYFS and supporting children with SEND
Knowledgeable in safeguarding and child protection procedures
A strong communicator and team motivator
