This is an exciting

hybrid opportunity

ideal for an experienced Assessor/IQA looking to take the next step in their career while working in a flexible, supportive, and innovative environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

Deliver engaging, high-quality training and support across

Level 2, 3, and 5 Early Years Apprenticeships

Support learners' progress in

Functional Skills English and Maths

up to Level 2 Attend weekly online meetings and termly in-person meetings at our Watford HQ Visit learners 2-3 times during their programme, with regular online teaching sessions Build strong, positive relationships with learners and employers to ensure a smooth, personalised learning journey Maintain and manage learner portfolios, ensuring

compliance with ESFA, Ofsted, and Awarding Organisation standards

Attend

monthly virtual meetings

and

termly in-person meetings

at our Watford HQ

What We're Looking For:

Qualified Assessor (TAQA/A1 or equivalent and AET) Experience assessing early years apprenticeships up to Level 5 Strong understanding of apprenticeship frameworks and functional skills Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills Passion for Early Years education, quality teaching, learning, and assessment Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team Must hold a full UK driving licence and have business-use car insurance
