There are 12 Family Hubs across Doncaster with a partnership approach to providing support and activities for over 40,000 individuals a year. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team whose work has been nationally recognised as best practice with case studies published by the Local Government Association.



As an Early Years Development Worker you will be passionate about Early Years practice and giving children the best start in life, with a focus on empowering parents to support their child's learning and development while supporting parental and child's well-being.



By working in partnership and under the direction of the Early Years Co-ordinator, the successful candidate will plan, deliver and evaluate services to support the needs of children and their families. This work will take place within Family Hubs and community settings across an allocated area.



The post requires traveling across a locality area on a daily basis.
