Rozey Days Montessori Nursery is looking for a passionate and experienced Early Years Teacher who will also take on the role of SENDCo. We are a nurturing and inspiring environment, committed to supporting every child to reach their full potential.

Role Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality early years education for children aged 0-5 Lead on SEND provision, ensuring children with additional needs are supported effectively though planning Support and mentor staff in inclusive practices Liaise with families and external agencies to ensure every child thrives Maintain compliance with EYFS and safeguarding standards

About you:

Level 3 or above Early years qualification Experience as a SENDCo in an early years or primary setting Knowledge of EYFS Knowledge of Montessori pedagogy is desired Strong communication and leadership skills Passionate about supporting children's development and inclusion

Pay: From 27,141.50 per year
