Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate Early Years Educator to join our nursery team. The ideal candidate will have an interest in childcare, maybe some experience and a genuine love for working with young children.

Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality care and education for children in the early years

- Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development

- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive

- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues

- Lead by example and demonstrate strong leadership skills

- Manage daily routines and ensure the well-being of all children in your care

Requirements

- Experience working with young children in a childcare setting

- Qualifications in Early Childhood Education or similar field

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English

- Ability to drive is desirable for potential outings or emergencies

- Passion for supporting children's learning and development

- Strong organisational skills to manage daily activities efficiently

Job Type: Apprenticeship

Pay: 7.55 per hour

Education:

GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:

Nursery: 1 year (preferred)
