About You:
Enthusiastic about the EYFS and dedicated to supporting children's learning and development
Ideally holds GCSE Maths and English at grade 4 (although one grade at level 3 will be accepted)
Well-presented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work effectively as part of a team and use your own initiative
Ideally has some nursery experience and is part-qualified at Level 2, or has relevant experience working with children

Duties
Plan and deliver engaging educational activities tailored to the developmental needs of children aged 0-5 years
Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that encourages curiosity and learning
Support children's emotional well-being and social development through positive interactions
Manage daily routines including meal times, naps, and play sessions with organisation and care
Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring safety at all times
Maintain accurate records of children's progress and behaviour for reporting to parents and management
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development, behaviour, and daily activities
Assist in organising outings or trips outside the nursery as required, ensuring compliance with safety regulations
Qualifications
Some experience working with children in a nursery or early childhood education setting would be desirable
Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education frameworks
Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Childcare qualifications: Part or full completion of Early Years Practitioner Standard or equivalent
Ability to work flexibly, demonstrating patience, organisation, and a caring attitude towards young children
