Summary

We are looking for an Early Years Educator to join our vibrant team at Little Big Adventure Coventry. In this role, you will play a crucial part in nurturing young minds and creating an engaging learning environment that fosters curiosity and development.

Responsibilities

Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote children's development. Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment for children. Observe and assess children's progress, adapting activities to meet their needs. Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding children's development. Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure high standards of care and education. Maintain accurate records of children's progress and daily activities.

Requirements

Qualified to level 2 or 3 in childcare or early years education. Experience working with young children in a nursery or educational setting. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. A passion for early childhood education and child development.

Pay: 15,996.99-32,675.05 per year
