What You'll Do
Build warm, responsive relationships with children and families
Co-construct learning experiences inspired by children's interests
Create environments rich in beauty, natural resources, and sensory opportunities
Collaborate closely with our atelierista and wider team to bring projects to life
Document learning in meaningful and reflective ways
Contribute your unique creativity, curiosity and voice to our ever evolving practice

A passionate educator with experience in Early Years
Someone who values creativity, connection and child-led learning
An individual who is reflective, open-minded and eager to grow
A practitioner excited by the Reggio Emilia Approach, or keen to learn more

To thrive in your role we ask that you:
Hold a Level 3 Early Years Qualification
Be experienced in working in a nursery environment.
