About the Role

We are looking for a

passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator

to join our vibrant nursery team. You will help create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment that supports the holistic development of children from birth to five years.

Your Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to each child's developmental needs Create a warm, welcoming environment for children and their families Observe, assess, and record children's progress and achievements Build strong partnerships with parents and carers through effective communication Promote positive behaviour and encourage respect and cooperation Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide outstanding care and education Maintain a safe, clean environment in line with health and safety requirements Contribute ideas and initiatives to continuously improve nursery practice
What We're Looking For

A

recognised Level 3 qualification

in Early Years / Childcare (essential) Experience in a nursery or similar setting (desirable) Strong communication skills in spoken and written English A genuine passion for early years education A proactive, reflective approach with a desire to grow and improve Sound knowledge of child development and best practice in early years
