We're now expanding and looking for nurturing, enthusiastic Nursery Nurses / Early Years Practitioners to join our warm and friendly team in our David Lloyd setting.

The Role

We have a position available for a

Full-Time or two Part-Time qualified Nursery Nurse

, with flexible hours between 16-40 per week. Full-time team members can choose between a 4-day (36 hours) or 5-day (40 hours) working week. Staff at our David Lloyd setting benefit from

Key Responsibilities

Support children's development and wellbeing in a safe, fun, and engaging environment. Assist with planning and delivering activities based on the children's interests and development requirements. Work as a key person for a small group of children, building strong bonds with them and their families. Follow daily routines including mealtimes, toileting, rest, and play. Maintain a safe, clean, and positive learning environment. Collaborate with your team and communicate effectively with parents and carers. Follow all safeguarding, health, and safety policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For

A caring, enthusiastic, and positive attitude. Level 2 or Level 3 CCLD (or equivalent) qualification (Level 3 preferred). A genuine passion for working with young children. Some experience in a nursery or childcare setting (voluntary or paid). Understanding of the Foundation Phase and/or EYFS framework. Willingness to learn and be part of a supportive, collaborative team. Welsh language skills are a bonus but not required.
