What you'll be doing as Qualified Nursery Practitioner:

You will contribute to the delivery of high-quality care and early years education across a range of nursery settings.

Key responsibilities:

Ensuring the safety, health, and wellbeing of all children in your care, in line with safeguarding best practices and statutory requirements.

Building and maintaining positive, professional relationships with nursery staff, parents, and children to support a collaborative and nurturing environment.

Upholding standards when planning and delivering age-appropriate activities, where applicable.

Promoting equality, diversity, and inclusive practice within each setting, ensuring all children feel valued and supported.

Demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to travel to different local nursery settings as required.

What we're looking for in a Qualified Nursery Practitioner:

Ideally, have relevant experience working in childcare.

Must have a clear understanding of safeguarding children, Prevent and FGM, or be willing to undergo relevant training prior to beginning work.

Willingness to undertake an enhanced DBS.

A Level 2/3 Childcare Qualification (beneficial).

Ideally hold an up-to-date PFA certificate
