The Role


As the Baby Room Lead Practitioner, you'll lead a team in delivering exceptional care and learning opportunities for babies aged under two years. This role combines leadership, creativity, and a deep understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to create a nurturing and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.

What We're Looking For


The ideal candidate will:

Hold at least a

Level 3 Early Years qualification

and have extensive experience working with babies and young children within the EYFS framework. Possess

strong leadership skills

, with the ability to inspire and guide a passionate and energetic team. Be naturally

nurturing and empathetic

, ensuring every baby in your care feels loved, safe, and valued. Demonstrate excellent

Have a Level 3 Early Years Qualification

Pay: 24,500.00-25,200.00 per year
