About Us:

The Role:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team, primarily working with our preschool children aged 2.5-5 years. You may also be required to support in our younger rooms when needed, helping to provide continuity and care across the setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences for preschool children Support children's development in all areas, including social, emotional, physical, and cognitive Observe, record, and assess children's progress Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to ensure the best outcomes for children

Requirements:

Relevant childcare qualifications (Level 2/3 or equivalent) Experience working with preschool-aged children A passion for early years education and child development Excellent communication and teamwork skills Flexibility to support in other age groups when required
