Overview

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Early Years Educators to join our wonderful Echoes Childcare family at Echoes Broadclyst, just outside Exeter.

The ideal candidate will have L3 full and relevant childcare qualification as well as a strong commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. This role is essential in supporting the development and learning of children in our nursery, ensuring they thrive in their early years.

As an Early Years Educator at Echoes you will play a pivotal role in creating engaging activities that promote growth and development.

Training

We hold an offsite training day every year where we celebrate our teams and have leading guest speakers and fun informative activities.

Our dedicated Nursery Development Manager alongside our management team are there to help you be the best practitioner you can.

We pay you up to 12 hours CPD training each year.
