Bows and Arrows are a not for profit charity, operating 7 nurseries across Ipswich, all of which are rated Outstanding by Ofsted.

WigWams Neighbourhood Nursery on Whitton Church Lane forms part of the Bows and Arrows group, operating its 3 rooms (baby, toddler & preschool) all year round.

The nursery & its team have a huge passion for open ended natural learning that includes access to outdoors and the natural world at all times (bring your wellies!)

We are looking for an?experienced Early Years Educator that ideally is level 3 qualified? to join our super duper team either part time or full time in either our baby room / toddler room or preschool room.

If you are a?level 2/3 qualified?practitioner with bags of passion and enthusiasm who would like to join a supportive and welcoming team, then we would love to hear from you.

Working Hours:? 30-40 hours per week

Hours and shifts can be flexible and are negotiable.

The nursery is open Monday to Friday, all year round (50 weeks of the year).

Starting salary 12.64 per hour pay review pending April 2026
