We understand the importance of work-life balance. We've always embraced a family-focused, flexible way of working with varied weekly shifts and contract hours.
We're currently offering a full-time position with options of:
- 35 hours over a 4-day work week
- 40 hours over a 5-day work week (with two half days!)
All our contracts include early finishes or mornings off.
Salary dependent on qualification and contracted hours.
We do not offer Term Time Only contracts due to being close to (or at!) capacity all year round.

We're seeking someone with an NVQ Level 2, NVQ Level 3, or above to join our team. If you share our positive, can-do attitude, we'd love to hear from you! There are fantastic opportunities for progression at Scallywags, with many of our Leaders and Deputies starting as Apprentices, Educators or even as children here themselves!
Your role will include, but not be limited to:
Ensuring all Scallywags families are included, welcomed and their needs are met.
Providing an appropriate Early Learning experience, that is tailored to each individual child.
To ensure each child's welfare needs are met.
To maintain safe, productive and professional environment.
Be familiar with Scallywags policies and procedures.
