Early Years Educator

Bows and Arrows are a not for profit charity, operating 7 nurseries across Ipswich, all of which are rated Outstanding by Ofsted.

Little Learners and Forest Learners Nurseries on Hogarth road form part of the Bows and Arrows group, operating its 3 rooms (baby, toddler & preschool) all year round. The nursery & its team have a huge passion for open ended natural learning that includes access to outdoors and the natural world at all times (bring your wellies!)

With a waiting list of children wanting to start with us, we are looking for an?experienced?Early Years Educator that ideally is level 2 or 3 qualified to join our super duper team on a full-time, from January 2026.

Some of your duties at Little learners and forest learners Nursery will include -

Initiating and engaging in exciting activities & experiences for children, indoors and outside. Supporting children's behaviour using strategies that align with High Scope Approach & Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs. Completing observations, planning and learning-journeys. Developing relationships with all parents/carers.

Working Hours:?This role is for 16-20 hours per week, between the hours of 7:45am and 6:15pm on a Monday- Friday working all year round.
