Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where young children can thrive, learn, and develop essential skills.

The role is across our baby and toddler rooms. Over the summer months these age groups are predominantly based outdoors, but over the winter they do spend around half the day inside, depending on the weather. Candidates should be have a good understanding of outdoor education.

Experience

Proven experience working with children in a childcare or nursery setting is essential. A qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
