About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Early Years Educator (Level 2 or 3 qualified) to join our friendly, supportive team full-time.

You'll play a key role in creating a stimulating, nurturing and safe learning environment, helping children to flourish across all areas of the EYFS.

Your daily duties will include:

Supporting children's personal, social and emotional development Planning and leading play-based activities that inspire curiosity and creativity Assisting with the development of early literacy and maths skills Carrying out observations and tracking progress of key children Building strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues Encouraging positive behaviour and developing children's social confidence

About You

You'll need to hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare and have previous nursery or childcare experience.

We're looking for someone who is:

Enthusiastic about child-led learning

Confident using the EYFS curriculum

A great communicator and team player

Warm, patient and dedicated to supporting children's individual needs

Hours: 8:00am - 6:00pm (Full-time, permanent)

Location: High Barnet, North London
