The role:

First Friends is opening a brand-new nursery in Holybourne and we are looking to bring in an amazing team.

We are looking for full time and part time Early Years Educators to play a vital role in shaping children's early learning experiences. Working closely with our supportive team, you will plan and deliver engaging activities, foster curiosity, and help children build strong foundations for their future.

What you will be doing:

Creating a safe, simulating and inclusive space where children feel happy, confident and inspired.

Plan exiting play-based learning opportunities tailored to individual needs and interests.

Supporting children's development across all areas of the EYES framework.

Building warm, trusting relationships with children and families.

Working closely with the team to bring fresh ideas and joy to each other.

Requirements:

Level 2/3 or equivalent Early years qualification.

A positive, enthusiastic team player with a nurturing approach.

A creative thinker who loves to spark children's imagination.

Strong knowledge of the EYES and a genuine passion for child development.

Pay: 16,900.00-28,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
