Duties
Plan and implement engaging educational activities tailored to the developmental needs of children.
Foster a warm and welcoming atmosphere that encourages children to explore and learn.
Monitor children's progress and provide regular feedback to parents and guardians.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organised nursery environment.
Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive educational programme.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff, ensuring all interactions are positive and supportive.
Uphold the highest standards of childcare practices in accordance with relevant regulations.
Experience
Proven experience working with children in a nursery or early childhood education setting is essential.
Familiarity with early years education frameworks and practices.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
