We are looking to recruit Early Years Educator to join our team; on a permanent basis both full and part time positions are available.
The successful candidate must have a Level 3 qualification in childcare and have a passion and are enthusiastic to work with children to enhance their learning and development by providing stimulating activities.
You must have knowledge or the EYFS, child development and more importantly be an inspiring 'play partner' to our children. Safeguarding, SEN and Health & Safety knowledge is desirable. You must have a great imagination, want to build huge constructions, get messy, dress up, get wet & fly to the moon in a rocket!!

Plan and deliver age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development
Supervise children during playtime, mealtimes, and rest periods to ensure safety at all times
Foster a warm and welcoming environment that encourages children's curiosity and independence
Maintain accurate records of children's progress and daily activities for reporting purposes
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support each child's individual needs
Manage daily routines within the nursery setting efficiently, ensuring smooth transitions between activities
Lead by example in maintaining high standards of behaviour, organisation, and hygiene within the setting
Assist with organising outings or trips in accordance with health and safety guidelines
Support the professional development of team members through mentorship and training
Skills
Proven management and leadership capabilities within childcare or nursery settings
Extensive experience working with children in early years environments
Strong understanding of childcare practices, early childhood education frameworks, and nursery regulations
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
Organisational skills to manage daily routines efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Ability to demonstrate patience, empathy, and nurturing qualities essential for working with young children
Valid driving licence is desirable for transporting children or attending external activities
