About us

We're a warm, friendly private nursery with 42 children, 3 rooms, and 9 amazing staff. We're now looking for an inspiring EYFS Lead / Lead Early Years Educator to make sure the EYFS framework sparkles across every room

What you'll do

Champion EYFS and high-quality practice every day

Support and inspire staff across 3 rooms

Build great relationships with parents (without the admin stress!)

Spend one day a week in the office for planning & paperwork

What you'll get

40 hours per week (8-6, no weekends)

Pay dependent on qualifications and experience

What we're looking for

Level 3 in Early Years (essential) - Level 5/6 or EYTS would make us do a happy dance

Experience leading or mentoring within Early Years

Passion, energy, and a love for play-based learning

Confidence to guide staff and inspire parents (bonus if you can also nail the "Baby Shark" encore
