Early Years Educator - Join Our Growing Nursery Team

Our nursery is looking for experienced and passionate Early Years Educators to join our expanding team and be part of our exciting journey of growth and development.

Our nursery is thoughtfully designed to nurture children's curious minds in a warm, homely environment. We support children to explore, learn, and grow with confidence, building self-esteem through carefully planned learning experiences inspired by the Montessori approach.

We are passionate about achieving positive outcomes for children aged 0-5 years, offering innovative and creative learning opportunities that reflect the diverse world around them.

Conveniently located in Leamington, with excellent links to the M40/M42.

About You

Are you passionate about childcare? Do you love getting involved, having fun, and celebrating children's achievements? If so, we'd love to welcome you to our team.

You'll bring a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and genuine love for children's learning and development. Strong communication skills are essential, as these support children's language development and help build warm, trusting relationships with families. If you have these qualities, the rest will come naturally.

A Bit About You

A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in childcare

Experience working within the EYFS, supporting rich learning opportunities

Montessori experience is not essential, but would complement our approach

Organised, reliable, and confident with time-keeping

Willing to learn and develop through ongoing professional development

A strong team player who can also work independently

Able to think on your feet in an environment where no two days are the same

All mandatory training will be fully provided in line with the EYFS
