We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where young learners can thrive, develop, and explore their potential. Duties
Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote learning through play.
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5 years.
Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their independence and self-esteem.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high standards of care and education are maintained.
Maintain accurate records of children's development and daily activities.
Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as safeguarding policies.
Qualifications
Experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is desirable.
A qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent is desirable.
Ability to engage with children at their level, demonstrating empathy and patience.
Access to excellent CPD to upskill - we will support with any further qualifications
