You will work alongside experienced practitioners to support children's learning, development, and wellbeing in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support the planning and delivery of high-quality, play-based learning experiences in line with the EYFS Promote children's learning and development across all areas Observe, assess, and contribute to children's learning records Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment Support children with personal care routines, including meals and hygiene Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues Follow all safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies Actively engage in training and coursework to successfully complete the Level 3 Apprenticeship
Person Specification

Essential

A genuine passion for working with young children Commitment to completing the Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship Caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and develop professionally
Desirable

Level 2 Early Years qualification

(full and relevant) Previous experience in an early years or childcare setting Basic understanding of the EYFS framework Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures

Job Type: Apprenticeship
