We are a new and growing nursery in Headcorn and are looking for a caring and enthusiastic
Early Years Practitioner who holds a Level 3 early years qualification (or equivalent)
to join our team.
This is a great opportunity to be part of a brand-new setting and to grow with us as the nursery develops. We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with young children and committed to providing high-quality care and education.
Hours and working pattern
Hours range from
30 to 40 hours per week

About the role
You will work as part of our nursery team to support children's learning and development in line with the EYFS. You will act as a key person, build positive relationships with children and families, and help create a safe, nurturing and engaging environment.
What we are looking for
A
Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent recognised qualification)
- this is essential
A caring, reliable and positive approach
Good knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements
Ability to work well as part of a team
Confident communication with parents and colleagues
