Job Description

We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join our team of dedicated staff. The role is to implement and maintain a high quality, caring environment for the children. This includes creating a warm, friendly and stimulating atmosphere in which the children can develop emotionally, socially and educationally through individual attention and group activities.

The successful candidate must hold at least a full and relevant Level 3 in Early Years Education, have proven recent experience within a childcare setting and a working knowledge of the EYFS curriculum. They must be open to working within all age groups including our under 2's unit. They must be a good communicator, have excellent time management skills, have patience, be of a motivated and positive manner and show commitment, enthusiasm and high energy levels. Higher wage bracket depended on experience, job role and responsibilities. Possibility for moving into a leadership role and experiencing career progression.
