We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. Responsibilities

Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote learning through play. Manage the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all children. Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, providing updates on children's progress and addressing any concerns. Observe and assess children's development, maintaining accurate records to inform future planning. Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive team environment focused on the well-being of the children. Drive initiatives that enhance the educational experience, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Requirements

A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent experience working with children. Proven experience in childcare settings, particularly within nurseries or early years environments. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development. Ability to drive initiatives that enhance learning experiences for children. Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early years education.
