Early Years Educator - Level 3

We are looking for a Early Years Educator to join our team, located in the heart of North Bretton with access to our local surroundings and amenities, with a bus route very close to the setting. Our preschool is purpose built and has an extensive outdoor space . We are very lucky to have a large setting with three spacious rooms with natural, high quality and stimulating resources with a capacity for 56 children. Each room has access to their own well equipped individual gardens to encourage lots of physical play and exploration.

We have created our very own curriculum, that we are passionate about, which encompasses a child centred approach to play and learning, offering open ended investigation and positive outdoor and indoor experiences.

We employ both full and part-time staff; our opening times are 8.30 - 3.00pm, 38 weeks a year and we are closed for public bank holidays.

Who are we looking for?

Can you create a safe and enriching environment, which enables children to be happy and independent? We are looking for an energetic, imaginative, self-motivated, passionate, team player with good communication and interpersonal skills. You must have a good knowledge of the EYFS and Early years, as well as holding a full and relevant Early Years & Childcare qualification at level 3 (Early Years Educator).

To support the setting you must have strong skills to deliver our vision and aims effectively. You must be willing to go above and beyond for the children, by providing inspirational and educational play. You must be able to build positive and trusting relationships with children and parents.
