Flourish Montessori Day Nursery - Stone, Staffordshire

14.00-15.00 per hour

Flourish Montessori Day Nursery is a brand-new nursery opening in Stone, created to offer a calm, nurturing and high-quality early years environment. We are looking for a warm, passionate Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our founding team and be part of something special from the very beginning.

About Flourish Montessori

Flourish follows the Montessori approach, supporting children from birth to develop independence, confidence and a lifelong love of learning. Our environments are carefully prepared, calm and purposeful, allowing children to explore, concentrate and learn at their own pace.

You do not need Montessori experience or a Montessori qualification to apply. Full Montessori training will be provided through our specialist training partner, Montessori Apprentice Academy, offering excellent professional development and long-term career value

The Role

As a Level 3 Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and education within a nurturing Montessori-inspired environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing warm, responsive care that supports each child's individual needs

Supporting children's learning and development in line with EYFS and Montessori principles

Observing, assessing and contributing to children's learning journeys

Creating a calm, engaging and well-prepared learning environment

Working closely with colleagues to maintain high standards of practice

Building positive relationships with parents and carers

Upholding safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times

Personal Specification

Essential:

Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)

Sound understanding of the EYFS

A caring, patient and nurturing approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A genuine passion for working with young children

Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting

Desirable (but not essential):

Interest in Montessori

Confidence using nursery management software or digital systems
