Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences. Observe and assess children's progress, and communicate with families. Build nurturing relationships with children, fostering emotional and social growth. Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating environment in line with health and safety standards. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share effective teaching strategies. Promote respectful behaviour and cooperation among children. Keep parents informed on development milestones and any concerns.

What We're Looking For

A genuine passion for early childhood education and development. A strong desire to build a

long-term career

in the early years sector. Some background or experience in childcare is beneficial. Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written). Reliability, motivation, and a commitment to professional growth. Driving experience is a bonus for nursery outings and trips.
