We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in nurturing and developing young children in a supportive and stimulating environment. Responsibilities

Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programmes that cater to the individual needs of each child. Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow. Engage with children through play-based activities that encourage exploration and creativity. Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and development. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high standards of care and education are consistently met. Conduct regular assessments of children's development and maintain accurate records. Stay updated with current early years education practices and policies.

Experience

Proven experience in childcare or early childhood education is essential, preferably within a nursery setting. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. A background in working with children, demonstrating an understanding of their developmental needs.
