Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to the developmental stages of young children
Support children's emotional, social, and cognitive development through personalised care and guidance
Maintain a safe, clean, and organised environment in accordance with health and safety regulations
Foster effective communication with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure collaborative care
Manage daily routines including meal times, play sessions, and rest periods
Lead by example in promoting positive behaviour and social skills among children
Contribute to the ongoing assessment of children's progress and maintain accurate records
Assist with organising educational resources and ensuring compliance with childcare standards
Experience
Proven experience working with children in a nursery or early childhood setting
Demonstrated management or leadership capabilities within a childcare environment
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Previous experience with childcare management or supervisory roles is advantageous
