Alphabets Nursery has an opportunity for a Level 2/3 early years educator to become part of a fun and dynamic team.

This is a full-time position.

The position will require working with both under 2's and 2-5 yrs

Interviews will take place as suitable candidates are found.

As an early years educator you will be a key member of staff who will work to:

Protect and promote the health and well-being of children

Ensure that safeguarding procedures are followed

Promote positive relationships in the early years setting

Support children's learning and development through play

Be a 'key person' to a small group of children and build positive relationships with their families

You will:

Provide high standards of care within the nursery including the environment, resources and experiences offered to children.

Ensure that children are kept safe and following safeguarding procedures.

Ensure that the nutritional needs of the children are met and the Food Safety Regulations are complied with.

Undertake a shared responsibility for health, safety and cleanliness throughout the nursery.

Complete any study within the time frame expected by the training provider

What experience and qualities must I have in order to apply?

Enthusiasm and motivation to provide excellent care for under 5's

Good communicator

minimum full and relevant level 3 childcare qualification

Show commitment to learning from other members of the team
