We are seeking a qualified Early Years Educator to join our exciting, fun-loving, and dynamic team.
Key Roles and Responsibilities :-
To provide a stimulating and caring environment, within a play-based curriculum, to nurture children's natural drive to grow and learn.
To plan for key children's individual needs, both emotional and developmental.
To summarise, in a report format for parents and other professionals, children's learning and development in conjunction with their 2-year progress check.
To build relationships with parents and carers, encouraging an effective working partnership.
Good knowledge of the EYFS.
Qualification and Experience: -
A recognised Level 2 or 3 childcare qualification, with prior experience.
All offers of employment are subject to an Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
Personal qualities: -
An enthusiastic, energetic, forward-thinking and proactive person, with the desire and ability to provide top-quality learning and childcare. This person must be a team player. They will also be friendly, caring, approachable, and have a love for being outdoors and getting muddy.
Hours of work: -
Minimum of 30hrs per week, between 8 am and 6pm, Monday to Friday as required.
Rate of pay: -
Competitive Hourly rate dependent on level of qualification and experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From 13.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
