We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to join our vibrant childcare team. Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging educational activities tailored to the developmental needs of children aged 0-5 years Support children's social, emotional, and physical development through personalised care and interaction Maintain a safe, clean, and organised environment in accordance with health and safety regulations Observe and record children's progress, providing feedback to parents and colleagues Lead small group activities that promote learning through play Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum plans that meet national early childhood standards Manage daily routines such as mealtimes, nappy changes, and rest periods Supervise children during outings or trips outside the nursery setting Demonstrate effective management and leadership skills within the team

Requirements

Proven experience working with children within a nursery or early years setting Strong understanding of child development principles and early childhood education practices Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and team members Management experience or leadership qualities are desirable for supervisory responsibilities Childcare qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent are preferred Ability to organise tasks efficiently and work well under pressure in a dynamic environment Passionate about nurturing young children's growth and learning opportunities
