We are looking for a passionate and ambitious preschool practitioner to join our team at Ducklings Preschool! We have multiple locations across Milton Keynes, and have been proudly serving our local community for over 24 years!

An ideal candidate will
- be self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to use your initiative.
- Good communication skills with children support them in their learning and development
-You will be required to help in developing activities that are creative, challenging and in line with the current guidelines
- You must be able to understand and respond to the needs of the children, the parents and staff.
What we're looking for
- Ideally, you would have a Level 3 or above qualification within early years
- Ideally, you would have some experience as an early years educator (Nursery nurse, preschool practitioner, early years educator etc.)
- Ideally, you have knowledge and understanding of the EYFS.
Competitive rates of pay, which will be depend on qualifications and experience, which we are open to discussing upon application.
