We are recruiting for Early Years Practitioners!

Due to increasing demand, we are seeking to work with more wonderful EYFS teachers, teaching assistants and nursery nurses living in or able to commute to the Redruth, Camborne and Truro areas.

Role details

Covering on a long-term basis in nursery or school settings who require additional staffing support (both part and full-time roles available) Working in Nursery or Primary School settings locally on an ad-hoc basis and forming excellent relationships with settings that you visit regularly. Stepping in to EYFS teams at short-notice (if working on a supply basis) and using your experience, training and knowledge to adapt your approach to their practice.

Experience

Experience working previously in nursery or school settings. Relevant training - we require QTS for teaching positions and require CACHE Level 2 or 3 for support positions. Other desirable training would include: Paediatric First Aid, Trauma-Informed, Makaton.
