Your Day-to-Day Might Include:

Turning cardboard boxes into castles Going on mini beast hunts in the garden Supporting children as they make new discoveries every day Creating cosy spaces where little ones feel safe, seen, and loved Helping children build confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning

We're Looking For:

A Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification to support and enhance our team A warm heart, playful spirit, and can-do attitude A love of outdoor learning and promoting children's exploration in nature A reliable team player who believes childhood should be magical Someone who's ready to make a big difference in little lives Someone who is flexible, active and can think on their feet (even with a room full of little people asking questions!)
