We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in nurturing and developing young children's learning and growth in a safe and stimulating environment. This position requires strong management and leadership skills, along with a genuine love for working with children.
Duties
Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote early childhood development.
Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for children and their families.
Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organised learning environment.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high standards of care and education are met.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to foster positive relationships.
Support children's individual needs, including those with special educational needs or disabilities.
Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education and childcare.
Qualifications
Experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is essential.
A qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent is highly desirable.
Strong management and leadership skills to guide a team effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
A genuine passion for nurturing children's development through play-based learning.
