Little Whits Nursery is dedicated to nurturing and educating children from six months to five years old. As a full-day nursery operating for 50 weeks a year, we are committed to providing a safe, engaging, and supportive environment that fosters early development and lifelong learning values.

Summary

We are seeking a passionate Early Years Educator to join our team on a part time basis for 38 weeks of the year. Monday to Thursday 8-1.

Responsibilities

Plan and implement engaging educational activities tailored to the developmental needs of children aged 6 months to 5 years. Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that encourages children's curiosity and learning. Monitor and record children's progress, communicating effectively with parents and team members. Support the physical, emotional, and social development of each child. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming nursery environment. Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills. Contribute to the overall positive atmosphere of the nursery community.

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills in English. Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities. A caring attitude with a passion for early childhood education.
