Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to join our team working with children aged 9 months and up across our setting. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow. You will be responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children, and fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons and activities that promote learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that supports children's individual needs and interests
- Observe and assess children's progress, identifying areas for improvement and providing appropriate support
- Collaborate with parents/guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's learning journey
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress, achievements, and any concerns or incidents
- Promote positive behaviour management strategies to encourage self-discipline and respect among children
- Foster a love for learning through storytelling, music, arts and crafts, outdoor play, and other creative activities
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care at all times

Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Level 3 qualification that is full and relevant for working in early years
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework and its application in early years settings
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early years education

Essential:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build positive relationships with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
