We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. This position requires effective communication skills, leadership abilities, and a strong background in early childhood education. As an Early Years Educator, you will be responsible for managing the daily activities of children, ensuring their safety and well-being while promoting their development through engaging learning experiences.

Duties



Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programmes that stimulate children's learning and development. Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster positive relationships. Manage classroom behaviour and promote positive social interactions among children. Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their achievements and areas for improvement. Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall quality of care and education provided. Drive initiatives that promote children's physical, emotional, and social development. Maintain a clean and organised nursery space that is conducive to learning.

Experience



Proven experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting is essential. A qualification in Early Childhood Education or Childcare is highly desirable. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse group of children effectively. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their growth. Knowledge of child development theories and practices is beneficial.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.21-12.51 per hour

Expected hours: 32.75 per week
