Job Description

We are looking for a qualified applicant, who holds a full and relevant Level III Early Years Qualification.

We are seeking a qualified person, who will work with, and support a team of others, to provide a warm, stimulating and inclusive environment in the knowledge that every single interaction with our children counts!

Although we are a Montessori based setting, applications are welcome from all candidates who hold a full and relevant level III qualification. You will be supported by our management team, to build and develop personally and within our nursery ethos.

You will enjoy building a strong relationship with your key children and their families and recognise the importance of your role. You will be required to support colleagues to promote best practice, to ensure that our children are receiving the highest level of opportunity to promote their learning and development.

We are a single setting, family owned nursery. We are fully inclusive and supportive of our team members. The nursery is a purpose built, fully airconditioned building, providing pleasant working conditions, with a separate purpose built staff room for Staff Breaks and CPD. We are based just outside of Tenterden on the A28, so on a main bus route, but free parking is also provided for applicants if they drive.

Hours 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Monday - Thursday and 8:00: until 1:00 p.m. on Fridays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.50-14.50 per hour
