Hours:

Monday: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM Tuesday-Thursday: 7:45 AM - 4:30 PM Friday: 9:45 AM - 6:30 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a

qualified and passionate Pre-School Early Years Educator

with a

Level 3 childcare qualification

to join our team. You will be responsible for a small group of up to 6 key children, delivering high-quality care and learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves fostering children's development, has strong organisational skills, and can build positive relationships with both children and parents.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and implement engaging learning activities for up to 6 key children Observe and assess children's development, tailoring support to their individual needs Maintain accurate records of children's progress and communicate effectively with parents Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through structured and play-based activities Promote a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day running of the setting

Required Qualifications & Skills

Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification

(NVQ, CACHE, BTEC, or equivalent) Experience in pre-school or early years settings Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development principles Ability to work with a small group of key children effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
